Lokpal once again in the news

Date: 01-02-2013

Finally Loksabha has again passes the lokpal bill with some changes, they accepted 14 out of 16 suggestions from the Rajyasabha. But still it is not strong enough that it will be enough strict towards the corrupt officers. As corruption is one of the major problems of morden India, a very strong law is indeed required.

A main point which attracts attention in the revised version of the lokpal is that it will not be applied against any political party or any religious institution and CBI (Central bureau of Investigation). It is required that it could be applied to political parties, they are one of the main source of corruption, collecting money from businessmen and other wealthy people and threaten them. They even don’t allow the audit of their accounts.

Anna Hazare is once again saying of doing the rally for lokpal and again corruption once again. They are not getting enough and proper response from the public for the rally. He should make a proper agenda and should work hard on it to get proper attention as Arvind Kejrival has made a different party and he was surely one of the main members of team Anna. Well, there is surely some things which can be changed in the current bill and government should work on it seriously if they are willing to change the position and situation of the country. Hope one day in future this country will be corruption free. Jai Hind.
